Pre-Tournament Managers/Coaches Meeting:

A mandatory meeting of tournament team managers shall take place as follows:

• Minor (age 8-10 and 9-11) and Major (age 10-12) Divisions: 12:00 PM, Thursday, July 11th in the Clubhouse at Field of Dreams, Boardman.

-Though this meeting is mandatory, if a team manager cannot make this meeting for good reason, one of the team coaches must attend and act for the manager.
-This person should be so designated to the Tournament Director, Chet Cooper ([email protected]), before the meeting.
-The absence of the team manager does not relieve him/her of all expected responsibilities as covered by Little League tournament rules/regulations or matters covered during the meeting.
-District and league officials are welcome to attend the meeting as are the two adult coaches listed on a tournament team’s affidavit.
